Celebrate endings - for they precede new beginnings.
Jonathan Huie, Author
This time of year inspires me. It is the darkest time of the year for us in the northern hemisphere. The days are short, and the nights are long. It is a great time to reflect on the past year’s challenges and accomplishments, release old goals that were unattainable or didn’t fit, and renew plans that were making progress but still need to finish. It is also an excellent time for making new goals. (I always disliked the concept of resolutions because it always seemed too absolute with zero flexibility.)
So as you are setting your goals for the coming new year and you ever had the thought, “I’d like to learn or do [insert interest], but I can’t because [insert excuse],” I’m here to encourage you to throw that phrase out and jump into what interests you! Let 2023 begin your path to doing or being a [insert Awesome Creative Title]!
I wish you all the best during these holidays and the new year.
Peace, friends!
